About us
A small studio, built to stay small on purpose.
WebProductLabs started in Philadelphia in 2019 as one person taking on web and product work directly for local businesses. There was no studio name yet — just a habit of answering the phone, scoping honestly, and shipping on the date we said we would.
That habit is still the whole philosophy. We keep the team small on purpose, so the person who scopes your project is the same person who's reachable while it's being built — not a rotating cast introduced through a project management tool.
We work in fixed-price packages instead of open-ended hours, because scope creep is usually a pricing problem wearing a different costume. You should know what a project costs before it starts, and so should we.
Based in Philadelphia, working with clients across the country — product teams, operators, and small businesses who need a web presence that actually functions, not just one that loads.

Ahmad began taking on web and product design work directly for small Philadelphia businesses, one project at a time.
Formed WebProductLabs
Enough repeat clients meant it was time to formalize — a name, a process, and the first standing collaborators.
Brought engineering in-house
Design and build stopped being separate handoffs. The same small team now carries a project from sketch to shipped code.
